Surrogacy Lawyer Mexico is responsible for collecting your personal data, making use of it for the purposes set forth in this privacy policy, and protecting it in accordance with the provisions of articles 14 and 19 of the Law. In this document, “Data Personal” and “Sensitive Data” have the meaning provided by sections V and VI of article 3 of the Law.

The data will be received, used and protected to fulfill the purpose of providing the legal services you have requested, specifying that there will be sensitive data that must be provided to fulfill this purpose. Therefore, we require the following: Name, Last Name, Company Name, Occupation, Official Identification, Marital Status, Medical Record, Criminal Record, Telephone, Email, Social Media, Address and/or any other that may be required to comply with the services requested, considered sensitive according to The Law.

You are informed that the processing of personal data that we collect from you as the owner will be done in accordance with the principles of legality, loyalty, finality, responsibility, information, quality, consent and proportionality, as well as in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Protection Law of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals.

Once the Personal Data and/or Sensitive Data is received by the responsible, you are informed that the technological means and security measures that in our opinion are relevant for your protection and conservation, as well as for your privacy before third parties that are not involved, will be used. The data you provide will be shared with those natural or legal persons with whom the responsible requires to collaborate for the provision of the service for which it is contracted. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if there is any requirement by an authority in the country, it is reported that personal and/or sensitive data must be provided in response to that request in order to comply with the law.

In the case of Sensitive Data, you must provide the responsible with your express written consent for its treatment, through your handwritten signature, electronic signature, or any authentication mechanism established for that purpose.
